Talking to their sales reps, it sounds like they mostly try to downplay the touch features. Which leads me to wonder: you know it's a problem, you don't even try to sell people on it, so why not fix it or stop wasting effort on it?
Is there a certain approach you guys take to maintaining everything about the character while creating a whole new design? The shapes and structure of every character you post from D.I reads so well.
The answer to that question is incredibly complicated. They've been talking about making a design/style guide for Infinity since the very beginning but it has never happened because each character presents such a different challenge. Creating a one-size-fits-solution would be impossible.
I agree about the touch feature. We're using 24HDTouch Cintiqs here at work and I finally turned off touch. Just too annoying!
