Needs salt, though.
Done for the "Bad Fantasy Art" topic on the Avalanche blog.

The crazy softness of your brush strokes and your color choices make this guy look lovable and friendly, and then I look as his expression! Nice!
awesome stuff dude, glad I came across your blog!
J'adore, j'adore, j'adore...!!!
This is possibly the coolest picture. ever
His face tells you that he really takes his job serious. The colours are great, very herculean. A very tasteful version of an often tasteless topic. Marvellous!PS: I've added you to my blogroll if you don't mind!Cheers,Oliver
haha, too funny.
Wow.. the colors are amazing sir! I love your stuff..
Wow , that is crazy. Pushed but believable. Very cool. That guy could kill me with his triceps.
haha, oh my gawd...so great. Awsome shapes man and great colors.
Absolutely revolting. I love it. I like how you pushed the arms into interesting shapes, and still thought out their volume very thoroughally. ANd the emerald belt buckle looks like it has magical properites. Is it elven? hahahaha. nerdy fantasy.
This is a classic! I love the shape of his arms... that's a ton of muscle. Always great stuff, Sam - this is one of my favorites.
whoa! that is genius bad fantasy art, (way better than some of the stuff that's unintentionally bad)!thanks for stopping by and introducing yourself--i will link to here pronto!tasty!
Man, beautiful job!
This is great! It's actually a whole lot better than a lot of fantasy art I've seen...His shiny muscles are the best.
HAHA, a great combination of pathetic shapes and gaylord-colors. Great!
Too good!!! Love the colors you used and just the fact that he makes me smile everytime I see him :)
Another great piece, I can't wait to see some more. Very nice!
