The real reason why toys are getting worse

The Avalanche topic was elves, so I started this by wondering, since there's no real description of Santa's elves anywhere (that I've seen), why do we assume they're all these cute, cheery-eyed fellows with curly hair?

Merry Christmas everyone and Happy Holidays!

You too, Sam. I like this one lots-- even if it does put a damper on my childhood fantasies.

I can't believe how 3d-looking you get your characters, very cool. Excuse me while I put my psdfiles in the trash to start over...*sigh*

I love the cute little bell on top of his ugly head. Based on the size of the train this guy must be huge. This is a great character.
