I think the policeman would look cool if he wasn't so droopy, seems like there is too much of the same shape pulling your eye down. I wonder what it might look like if he were all hopped up on caffine? just a thought. diggin' the alien.
Wow Sam it's great to see your character designs (digital high five!). The strong guy looks like his hands might brush the floor like a gorilla (he has long arms)though he's arching backwards, so I wonder how the full length pose would work? Inspiring stuff!!! :o)
The policeman. A little dog-like. Since I don't know what you're trying to achieve here, I can't put in my two cents. Maybe if I could hear his voice? The second guy - you're going to have a hard time working with actual face-looks, since his is so far away and tiny. Again, don't know what kind of part he plays. The third - oy! Wish I could do what you do.
