Needs salt, though.
Stunning work...great stuff!!
Wow! Wonderful! Beautiful light and beautiful colours! I love your blog, Sam! :)Congratulations from Italy!
Great job! I love when girls wear their hair like that
Fantastic. love your stuff...makes me wanna be better...in an envious/jealous/why am i so untalented, self-loathing kinda way. know what i'm sayin?
Sooo nice. Inspirational man.
I like those edges. It is funny because some of them seem to work against the common rules ("soften in shadow, sharpen in light...") and work perfectly.Have I told you lately I love your work?
The reflected light in the bikini top is a very nice touch!
love it....really amazing!!!
Amazing Work Sam , as always!. .My kingdom for one of your brushes! hahaha. Keep that level dude.
Curse you, your amazing!!
So do you bring home your real-media sketches and work them up digitally, or do you find some way to bring digital painting to the model? :O
Thanks for the comments everyone!Karooble: I bring a laptop and wacom tablet to the figure drawing session.
the coloring is amazing man!!! great job! the arm looks funny.
Damion009: Yes, as it did in real life. I have no idea how girls bend their arms like that.
Really really beautiful, your figure paintings are always so dreamy!I wonder have you ever thought about livestreaming? I would definitely watch! :D
Oh Boy!Nice light and great color!i like it!!
Katie: Pardon my ignorance, but I don't even know what livestreaming is. I'd be willing to try though.
beautiful work, love your lighting and colors
OMG!I love it! Beautifully observed, wonderfully realized.
Holy bajolians, beautiful!!
the colours are stunning. The one arm looks a bit broken, but I love this piece.
oh yes, my daughter bends her arm like this (maybe not so extremly) and I always think, if I draw it like that, everybody will tell my: anatomy needs work :DI love esp. how you did the light!Rita Ria
i absolutely love this one
awesome work! love the light and the colors!congratulations!
Sam, your work never ceases to amaze me! Dannng - you've got both the painting skills and the amazing ability for design. Sigh... one day I'll grow up to be like you man
what a strange arm O_O
Stunning colours, almost look real :D
Your attention to light is simply gorgeous! How did you get into digital painting? I can never seem to do it right...
DeAnna: I got into it way back when the first versions of Painter and Photoshop were out, mostly because of the people I worked with back then.
Very cool art :)
Love your work Sam. I keep coming back to this blog for inspiration. Ive been wondering...do you add the bathing suits yourself or is that what the models wear? Ive been to quite a few open workshops and the models are always nude.
Mike: Several people at our studio have pushed for nude models but our studio managers have shot the idea down again and again. I'm not skilled enough at figure drawing to really notice the difference so I don't care either way.
Awesome♥You are really amazing!!!it's eaither you made my life harder, or just pushed me to do more and I hope it's the second one :)Do you have any books released?
