These are a bunch of examples I painted for the "Expressive Atmosphere" lesson of my Lighting for Story and Concept class.

  2. I took the very first mentored version of this class and learned SO SO much, especially about developing a painting process, color theory and application, lighting environments and adding texture to everything. Sam is an incredible teacher and answered all my questions thoughtfully and thoroughly, no matter how inane they were. If you can save up and get the mentored class, I highly recommend it!!

  3. I love the tree, and the clouds in the first one. But what is the big obelisk in the sky in that one?
